Shotcrete Sprayer

Siton HP Series mining shotcrete sprayer is a concrete wet spraying manipulator specially designed for underground mines. Compared with the traditional manual dry spraying or wet spraying, the equipment is much higher than the traditional manual dry spraying or wet spraying in terms of production efficiency and rebound rate control. Due to the use of high-pressure short-range spraying operation, the spraying quality can be improved to a level, and it is widely used in underground mines or small and medium-sized underground engineering wet spraying support concrete spraying operations.

1.Pumping System
The concrete pumping system is stable, reliable, continuous output and high performance. The synchronous lubrication system increases the service life of consumable parts.
2.Spraying Boom
The boom is designed with a double-rotating and double-telescopic boom structure, which is flexible in remote control operation, easy to control the flatness and rebound rate of the injection, and the injection efficiency is also very high.
3.High Efficiency
Piston type pumping system, maximum pumping capacity 20m³/h.
4.Wireless Control
Using wireless control panel, all boom and nozzle movements and rotations are easy and accurate. Also, it can adjust the accelerator dosing and control the concrete pump.
