DD Face Drilling Rig

DD series mining development drill rigs are a kind of mining hydraulic drilling rigs in underground mines project. This blast hole drilling machine is equipped with a high-power rock drill, the rock drilling speed can reach 0.8-2.5 m/min. At the same time, the underground drill rig also is equipped with a fully hydraulic translational retractable boom, adapt to the working area of 6.9m width and 6.7m height.

1.Woserld Rock Drill
With high pressure and low flow hydraulic system. The Woserld rock drill delivers high penetration rates in hard rock (< F17) and low drill steel consumption. With the classic double damping design, the service life is long and the cost is low.
2.Upgrade Doule-arm System
The brand-new double-triangular hydraulic translational drill arm is adopted to increase the telescopic distance, and the working range is wider.The econdary compensation of 1500mm increases the drilling range, and just need to stop one time can meet the full-face rock drilling operations without moving equipment.
3.Easy Maintenance
The higher crank arm supports the propulsion assembly, which makes the cutting position and vision easier to operate. The pins on the drill boom are designed with expansion shafts to avoid the possibility of loosening, safe, easy to disassemble, and retractable.
4.Safety Protection
DD model mining jumbo is equipped with automatic anti-jamming function, brake failure warning and other protection functions.
