QM Underground Scaler

Underground scaler is also called scaling jumbo, is a special equipment for rock scaling and risk elimination in small and medium-sized tunnels.Mining vibratory pick scaler is mainly applicable to  underground mine  and various underground construction tunnels,quickly and effectively remove the unstable rocks on roof and two sides of the tunnel face that are easy to fall, collapse and relatively hidden after blasting operation, so as to prevent the occurrence of rock falling accidents, To ensure the safety of operators and machines.
Siton QM series scaling rigs get four-wheel wet braking, articulated chassis with small turning radius,  strong traffic capacity. The equipment  realizes  mechanization of scaling operation.

1.Powerful Working Boom
Powerful boom design can well adapted to small-section tunnel scaling and the durable boom structure can concentrated force to work.
2.Strong Breaker
The Breaker pitching and swinging operations without dead angle. The impact frequency is 600-1100 BPM, and the impact power is 362J. The breaker is special designed for scaling jumbo.The fastest impact frequency is 1100bpm, which can not only remove the broken part, but also protect the original tunnel top from damage as much as possible.
3.Driver Cab
All the mining scaler rigs can be supported FOPS approved safety canopy and the high-level design increases visual range.
4.Optional Reaching Height
Two models are set according to the needs of customers,QM1 with a reaching height of 6m and QM1L with a reaching height of 8m.
