DW Face Drilling Rig

DW3-180 three booms underground drilling jumbo is specially developed and manufactured for tunnels of high-speed railway, water conservancy and hydropower projects, national defense and other medium and large-scale tunnel excavation and drilling operations.
Three sets of independent hydraulic systems of drill booms are used to control each other without interference. The drill booms can be retracted and cover a wide area. A set of aerial work platform is designed for auxiliary work such as blasting charge, danger elimination, mesh hanging, etc. The tunnelling drill jumbos can meet the needs of drilling various blast holes, anchor bolt holes, small pipe support, grouting holes, etc.

1.Woserld Rock Drill
With high pressure and low flow hydraulic system. The Woserld rock drill delivers high penetration rates in hard rock (< F17) and low drill steel consumption. With the classic double damping design, the service life is long and the cost is low.
2.Parallelism Boom
The boom can do 360° rotation and delivers large and optimally shaped coverage with automatic parallelism for fast and accurate face drilling.
3.Easy Maintenance
By using classic direct hydraulic control system, DW has high reliability and easy maintenance.
4.Telescopic Feed (optional)
For this rig telescopic feed is optional. It can be used to drill bolting hole at the same time.
